You will lead the project from early stages through to completion, supported by a stable and experienced team.Key ResponsibilitiesTake overall control of the project from start to finishManage site teams, subcontractors, and programme deliveryEnsure the project is delivered on time and within budgetMaintain health and safety and quality standards on siteCoordinate with design, commercial, and planning teamsLead progress meetings and report to senior managementManage client and stakeholder relationshipsOversee final handover and project completionWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager stepping upExperience delivering projects in the £5m-£10m rangeBackground working for a main contractorIdeally worked within healthcare, education, or leisure sectorsStrong ..... full job details .....
