This role demands strong site leadership, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, and a sharp focus on quality and progress. It''s a hands-on position suited to someone with proven experience managing large-scale housing projects and driving them through to successful completion. What you''ll need to succeed You''ll have at least 5 years'' experience delivering new-build housing projects. Strong leadership, site coordination, and knowledge of UK building regulations are essential. A relevant construction qualification and proven track record on large-scale developments will set you apart.
