CIP aims to modernise and improve the way correspondence is managed across SG and partner organisations. A key outcome of this project is to support more consistent processes, improved transparency and reporting, and a more sustainable service model for handling correspondence, including FOIs, Parliamentary Questions and Ministerial and general correspondence. Provide leadership on all workstream deliverables to encourage collaboration so that all parties are open about the state of the services, the project deliveries, and are realistic about timetables and benefitsWork directly with all stakeholders to build engagement and ensure high levels of adoption and utilisation of the project deliverables.Provide day to day management of the Project(s), project plan, finances, risk and resourcesProactively produce and manage project plans for the sub workstreams.Manage dependencies with other major projects...
