Project Manager

An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of a major decarbonisation and central plant replacement project in Central London.Working within a live commercial building, you''ll be responsible for managing the project from planning through to commissioning and handover, coordinating subcontractors, programme, quality, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.The Role:Reporting to the Project Director, you''ll be responsible for:Managing programmes and day-to-day project deliveryCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers and design teamsPlanning shutdowns, plant changeovers and commissioningMonitoring health and safety, quality and progressLiaising with the client, consultants and site teamsSupporting project handover and commercial activitiesThe project includes:Air and water source heat pumpsBoiler and chiller replacementHeating and chilled water pipeworkPumps, BMS and associated plantMajor plant replacements, crane lifts and commissioningExperience required A Building Services background (mechanical preferred)Experience delivering plant replacement, energy or decarbonisation projectsExperience working in live commercial buildingsStrong planning, coordination and communication skillsSMSTS or IOSHCSCS Management CardPackage£70,000-£80,000 salary25 days holiday plus bank holidaysMonday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmOvertime availableStart date: ..... full job details .....
