Project Manager

Project Manager required in Croydon GVR Solutions are working with a well-established specialist glass partitioning contractor, delivering high-quality glazing and partitioning solutions across commercial interiors, office fit-outs and bespoke projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from initial handover through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience within glass partitioning, glazing, commercial fit-out, interiors or a related construction environment to join a growing specialist contractor and play a key role in the delivery of their projects. Responsibilities of the Project Manager: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate glazing work from pre-construction surveys/orders through installation to handover. Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and clauses to ensure compliance with design requirements. Liaise with clients, architects, main contractors, and suppliers. Attend site meetings, pre-start briefings, and progress reviews. Manage subcontractors and specialist installers. Prepare cost estimates, purchase orders, and commercial forecasts. Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures. Manage contractual changes, variation orders, and additional costs. Conduct inspections of glazing materials and workmanship.
