Following a significant period of growth and the recent award of a large volume of external remediation work, they are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Facades Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong external envelope/remediation background to join a growing business and play a key role in delivering a substantial pipeline of projects. Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager: Manage external remediation projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover. Take overall responsibility for project programme, budget, quality and delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Manage procurement, materials and labour requirements.
