As a main contractor, they deliver a varied range of projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, heritage and public sectors, with schemes ranging from smaller refurbishment works through to larger construction projects. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take full responsibility for a range of live construction projects from start to finish, whilst liaising with the client and managing the subcontractors to drive the project forward. Key Responsibilities: Establish project programmes from the outset, monitor key milestones and take action to address any delays or potential risks.
