Project Manager UK - Birmingham 60,000 + Car Allowance BriefProject Manager is needed for a large, well-known Facilities Management organisation based in Birmingham, who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Project Manager with in-depth knowledge of asset management, lifecycle plans and variation projects across education sites. The successful candidate will have a time-served technical background in electrical, mechanical or building services and ideally hold an HNC or equivalent engineering qualification, alongside NEBOSH or IOSH and SMSTS. Strong knowledge of MandE systems, building fabric, and budgetary control.
