Project Manager - Global Divestment ProgrammeMy market leading global telecoms company is looking for an experienced project manager to join a global strategic transformation programme of work within their Separation Management Office to manage the separation of parts of its global business as it establishes a new joint ventureIn order to be considered for this role you must have in-depth experience of working as a PM within a divesture/carve out programme on a global basis. The role is not setting up a new PMO but providing divestment expertise in all operational areas including governance, IT, HR finance, people etc working closely with SME''s in these areas ensuring that the two parts of my client can separate and both function effectively before, during and after the divestment.So the role is focused on effectively managing the separation of two parts of the business in relation to the divestiture programme and is very much a hands on delivery role working at a global level.The Separation Management Office (SMO) is at the heart of the programme to make this a reality and ensure that theInternational business can operate on a fully standalone basis.
