      <description>Location: Nottingham | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Our client, a leading Design &amp; Build contractor within the water sector are seeking an experienced Project Manager near Nottingham.   This is a full time position, sponsorship cannot be offered so candidates must have full RTW in the UK.     Role Overview   Manage and deliver mechanical and electrical projects within the water and wastewater sector. Responsible for planning, budgeting, resource management, and client liaison, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Regular site visits and occasional overnight stays are required.    Key Responsibilities      Lead water industry projects from contract award to completion and handover.   Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation.   Ensure compliance with WIMES, BS 7671, and client specifications.   Oversee site activities, coordinating engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.   Prepare and manage project documentation: RAMS, progress reports, quality records.
