This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background in Screed flooring and construction who is looking to take responsibility for projects from pre-start through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, installers, subcontractors and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Manage Screed flooring projects from pre-start through to completion and handover. Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, materials and site resources. Ensure the correct labour and materials are available when required. Monitor project programmes, progress, costs and deadlines. Monitor labour hours, job sheets, deliveries and project costs.
