Project ManagerNew Build Residential - Social HousingUp To £70,000 Plus Package We are currently working with a tier one contractor in their search for an experience Project Manager to manage new build residential projects in Berkshire. As a business my client will be focused on small developments, ranging from 1 - 10 units at a time. Typcially these projects will be tradional build and you will be managing them from pre construction stage through to completion. The Role;Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring PandL, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP and programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong HandS across all projects. Your direct team will include site management and subcontractors. You will report directly in to the Operations manager who will support you in making the contracts successfulThe Candidate;The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing tradiotional build projects from pre construction stage through to completion. Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations. A Strong knowledge around BSR and the building safety act as well as strong IT skills are essential and you must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
