They are looking for somemone to join the business in an exciting period of growth on multiple projects on the South Coast.   Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Internal and External Planned Maintenance projects that are being delivered will be across low & high rise tower blocks and scattered properties for a large housing association client.   The Role; Within this role, you will be responsible for  ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
