Project Manager- South Coast Internal and External Planned Maintenance Social HousingUp to £65,000 plus package My client are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing business. They are looking for somemone to join the business in an exciting period of growth on multiple projects on the South Coast. Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Internal and External Planned Maintenance projects that are being delivered will be across low and high rise tower blocks and scattered properties for a large housing association client. The Role;Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring PandL, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP and programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong HandS across all projects. Your direct team will include site management, supervisors, RLO s and subcontractors. You will report directly in to the Operations manager who will support you in making the contracts successful The Candidate;The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing planned maintenance contracts. Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations.
