The project is due to commence in mid-September 2026 and is expected to run for approximately 2 years, with the overall works valued at circa £15m. The successful candidate will have a strong civil engineering background, relevant experience working on BESS sites, and be able to manage a project of this scale. Scope of Works: Enabling works Site preparation Earthworks Drainage Access roads Hardstanding Equipment foundations Fencing foundations Ducting and trenching Reinstatement All associated civil works required to provide a complete and operational BESS site Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for project delivery from mobilisation through to completion.
