Project Manager for Cardiff Team Hybrid Working - Technical Team - Residential and Building Remediation Salary: c 48,000 - 52,000 (dependent on experience)An established and growing technical Architects teams is looking to appoint a Project Manager with Quantity Surveying (QS) experience to join its Cardiff-based team. The Role The successful Project Manager will be responsible for administering residential cladding and remediation projects, alongside delivering a wider range of Employer''s Agent services for leading affordable housing providers. The role will involve working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, so strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships are essential.
