The scope includes superstructure demolition at a viaduct end, basement infill, concrete/drainage reinstatement, Passenger Boarding Bridge (SPBB) removal, new foundations, and temporary works. Key Responsibilities Programming & Risk: Develop master schedules, manage 3-week lookaheads, and drive risk mitigation. Stakeholder Management: Main point of contact for the client, port operations, and third parties. Commercial & Procurement: Manage subcontractor procurement, site performance, and commercial control. Site Management & QA: Oversee design management, Quality Assurance, site teams, and strict CDM 2015/H&S compliance.
