Key aspects of the role:

• Managing a team of Site Managers, Administrators, and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
• Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
• Primarily surveying a radius of 30 miles of Nottingham.
• Working on FM contracts primarily focusing on bar/restaurants refurbishments.

What you''ll need:

Essential:

• Previous FM experience
• Proven expertise with in managerial positions
• UK Driving Licence
• SMSTS or equivalent
• First Aid at work
