Project Manager Flooring Salary: £50,000 £60,000 per annumLocation: London Site Based Job Type: PermanentWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established and growing commercial flooring company, managing flooring projects across London.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background in commercial flooring and construction who is looking to take responsibility for projects from pre-start through to completion.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, installers, subcontractors and suppliers.Key Responsibilities Manage flooring projects from pre-start through to completion and handover.Review project specifications, drawings, programmes and scope of works.Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, materials and site resources.Ensure the correct labour and materials are available when required.Monitor project programmes, progress, costs and deadlines.Attend pre-start, design and regular project/site meetings.Carry out regular site inspections and pre-installation surveys.Liaise with clients and contractors, providing regular project updates.Manage snagging and ensure works are completed to the required standard.Monitor labour hours, job sheets, deliveries and project costs.Work closely with the commercial/QS team to maintain cost control.Ensure ..... full job details .....
