Great opportunity has come up in Bristol for an experienced intermediate-level Project Manager to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, supporting the successful delivery of residential and land remediation projects across the South West. The RoleYou ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion, working within a collaborative consultancy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programmes, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and remediation projects through all stages of the project lifecyclePrepare and maintain project documentation, including programmes, risk registers, and reportsCoordinate design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectivesOversee cost management, procurement, and change control processesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authoritiesContribute to business development through professional engagement and project delivery excellence The Ideal Candidate: Degree-qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldIdeally working towards, or already holding, APM, RICS, or CIOB accreditationProven experience delivering residential or remediation projects, ideally within a consultancy or ..... full job details .....
