The Role The successful candidate will oversee commercial fit-out and joinery projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Managing multiple commercial interior and joinery projects Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and materials Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Monitoring project programmes, budgets, and progress Ensuring all health & safety regulations are adhered to Carrying out regular site visits and quality inspections Resolving project issues efficiently and professionally Supporting procurement and estimating teams where required ...
