The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial office fit-outs, together with experience working within rail environments and CBM (Construction and Building Management/Construction Build Management). You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from planning and mobilisation through to completion, ensuring that works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the office fit-out project. Manage the project from mobilisation through to completion and handover. Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and specialist contractors. Liaise closely with the client, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
