A well-established and highly respected fit out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing London team. The company delivers high-quality CAT A & CAT B office fit out projects across the commercial sector, working with leading clients and consultants.

• Lead the delivery of CAT A & CAT B fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution
• Take full ownership of programme, quality, and health & safety on site
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor progress and drive works to meet key deadlines and milestones
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

• Proven experience delivering CAT A & CAT B fit out projects as a Project Manager
• Strong understanding of commercial office fit out environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced programmes
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, variations, and project costs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Stable career history within the fit out sector
