An established and growing fire protection specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial sprinkler projects across London. Operating within the fire detection and suppression sector, the business delivers high-quality installation and maintenance solutions for a broad portfolio of commercial clients and construction projects. Due to continued growth and project wins, they are looking to strengthen their delivery team with a knowledgeable and hands-on professional.

Responsibilities – Project Manager, Fire Sprinklers
As Sprinkler Project Manager, duties will include:
- Managing labour allocation, plant hire, and material procurement for active projects
- Liaising closely with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and on-site teams
- Carrying out detailed site inspections and reviewing installation requirements
- Monitoring project costs and supporting commercial performance alongside senior management
- Tracking installation progress to ensure works remain aligned with programme deadlines
- Maintaining accurate site documentation, operative records, and daily activity logs
- Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health & safety procedures and RAMS documentation
- Supporting commissioning activities and overseeing final testing phases
Requirements – Project Manager, Fire Sprinklers
- At least 10 years’ experience delivering commercial sprinkler installation projects
- Previous involvement with wet and dry riser systems on commercial contracts
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and budget management
- Familiarity with standards including BS EN12845, LPC Rules, and BS9990
- Competent with Microsoft Office and project management platforms
- LPCB Design qualification advantageous
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple project priorities
