Project Manager - Fire Alarms

SSR Personnel are working with this well- known and very well thought of fire detection and suppression systems installer to recruit a top-class Project Manager to successfully deliver major projects in the London area, with values in excess of £3m. Candidates will have to manage new build and fit out projects from inception to completion, managing everything including labour, the technical element of fire detection and all commercial aspects, having full P&L responsibility for the projects they are running. Applicants for this role will need a proven track record of successfully delivering large scale fire detection projects, having a good understanding of BS 5839 and ideally a good understanding of suppression systems (although in-depth knowledge is not a necessity). This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary to £65,000 (negotiable) plus car or allowance, travel expenses, bonus, and package. Candidates with limited commercial experience will be considered and will have the opportunity to gain skills in financially managing projects.
