About The Role FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Project Manager to support the Electric Safety Delivery Programme for an end client within the Transport sector. This is initially a 7 month contract with very good prospects to extend and will be an in office role based in Milton Keynes. This role will support the Head of Engineering / Technical Services in coordinating and managing the First Funding Period (FFP) business planning activities, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery against challenging timelines. This is a highly visible role working across senior stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will be confident managing competing priorities, maintaining continuity across evolving plans, and driving effective collaboration across multiple directorates. Responsibilities Coordinate planning activities and associated deliverables across the programme Manage, organise, and maintain planning documentation and records within SharePoint and other project management tools Plan, facilitate, and coordinate workshops, meetings, and planning sessions, ensuring outputs, actions, and decisions are effectively captured and communicated Track and manage queries, decisions, responses, and dependencies relating to FFP activities across multiple stakeholder groups Maintain version control and continuity of planning information as requirements, assumptions, and priorities evolve Support the development and management of the ..... full job details .....
