There is also the refurbishment of the existing building to be undertaken. Reporting to the Construction Director and visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing the project from the final preconstruction stage through to start on site in the summer this year and then run the construction phase over an 18 months period to handover.You take the lead holding responsibility for input to design development, construction methodology and programme of works, logistics, client liaison, plus specifically the smooth and timely progress of construction on site, health and safety, quality control and any issue resolution.
