Our client is a leading Tier 1 principal contractor specialising in high-end commercial office fit-out projects across Central London. Renowned for delivering exceptional CAT A and CAT B schemes, they work with some of the UK''s most prestigious developers, landlords, and corporate occupiers on projects ranging from 5m to 50m.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their established delivery team.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to practical completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects across Central London.Lead projects from mobilisation through to completion and client handover.Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.Develop and manage project programmes, procurement schedules, and construction activities.Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Monitor progress, identify project risks, and implement effective solutions.Work closely with commercial and design teams to ..... full job details .....
