Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to join a highly reputable build contractor and developer to take the lead on a 50m design and build RC frame student accommodation project in Greater Manchester? An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing reputable developer on a brand new PBSA high rise development in Greater Manchester. Due to start in November 2026, you will take the lead from demolition to full operational management on a 2 tower reinforced concrete framed build. Reporting in to a visiting Operations Director, you will be responsible for the management of subcontractors and a multi-disciplinary site team, chairing subcontractor and client progress meetings, programme and budget delivering along with ensuring high standards of health and safety and quality. The company are a multi-disciplinary principal contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality design and build projects across the commercial, residential and education sector with typical project valued between 10m and 60m.
