PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED - SCHOOL ROOF BUILDLocation: Malvern, WorcestershireWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a roofing project at a school in Malvern.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from start to completion, ensuring the works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.Key responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day running of the roofing projectCoordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliersLiaise with the school, client and other project stakeholdersMonitor programme, quality and costsEnsure all health and safety requirements are metResolve site issues and keep the project moving to scheduleMaintain clear project records and reportingWe are looking for:Proven experience managing construction/roofing projectsStrong organisational and communication skillsGood understanding of health and safety and site proceduresAbility to coordinate multiple trades and contractorsExperience working on live or occupied sites, ideally schools or similar environmentsRelevant qualifications such as SMSTS/CSCS would be advantageousProject: School roof buildLocation: Malvern, WorcestershireStart: ASAPDuration: 45 WeeksIf you have the experience and are available for this project, please get in touch with your CV, availability and day rate/salary expectations.Contact: (url removed) or (phone number ..... full job details .....
