An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Project Manager to take the lead on a new build modular residential construction project in the Dorchester area. Working for a well-established and respected construction business, you will oversee the delivery of a high-quality development comprising new build homes and apartments from construction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially aware Project Manager looking to lead a flagship scheme while managing an experienced Senior Site Manager and working closely with the wider project team. The Role As the Lead Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of this major residential development, ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Leading the delivery of a large residential housing development.Managing and supporting an experienced Senior Site Manager.Overseeing programme, quality, health and safety and commercial performance.Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and local authorities.Driving programme milestones and ensuring timely project delivery.Identifying and managing project risks and resolving issues proactively.Maintaining exceptional standards of customer satisfaction and build quality.
