Project Manager

A well-established main contractor delivering high-quality projects across London is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background.The business operates across hotel refurbishment, commercial cut and carve, fit out, and complex refurbishment schemes, typically within occupied or logistically challenging environments. Projects range from high-end hotel upgrades through to structural commercial refurbishments and CAT A / CAT B fit outs.This role would suit an all-round Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership from pre-construction through delivery and handover, with strong technical understanding and the ability to manage clients, consultants, subcontractors, programmes, and site teams effectively.Key experience required:Engineering or technical construction backgroundProven delivery of refurbishment and commercial projectsExperience within hotels, fit out, and cut and carve schemes preferredStrong programme and sequencing knowledgeClient-facing with excellent communication skillsAble to manage projects autonomouslyStable career history within main contractingThe company has a strong pipeline of negotiated work, a collaborative culture, and an excellent reputation for delivering technically challenging projects to a high standard.For a confidential discussion, please get in touch. ..... full job details .....
