Project Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 principal contractor delivering a major flagship Grade I listed development.This role will involve leading the successful delivery of complex heritage, cut-and-carve, scaffolding and temporary works packages within a highly sensitive existing structure. The project presents significant technical and logistical challenges, requiring exceptional planning, coordination, construction methodology and quality standards.As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the safe, timely, and successful delivery of your assigned packages from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, specialist subcontractors, temporary works designers, and internal delivery teams, you will ensure programme, quality, safety, and project objectives are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day delivery of complex heritage, enabling and temporary works packages.Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of scaffolding and temporary works packages.Oversee specialist subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Develop and manage project programmes, procurement schedules and construction sequencing.Coordinate temporary works designs and methodologies with the permanent works and wider construction programme.Work closely with structural engineers, Temporary Works Coordinators, designers and specialist ..... full job details .....
