This scheme will provide 170 student bedrooms in an 8 storey RC framed building with basement parking and is due to commence on site early in the new year. It is a negotiated scheme for a repeat client. As Project Manager you will join for the late preconstruction phase of the works to provide operational input to design development, methodology, logistics and programme, procurement and client engagement. Reporting to a visiting Project Director you will be responsible for managing the project through late preconstruction, enabling works and throughout the construction phase with your project team. You will lead your team holding responsibility for client liaison, design development, construction methodology and programming of works, input to procurement with the commercial team and the smooth and timely progress of construction on site.
