Project Manager

We''re working with a specialist contractor delivering fit out, refurbishment and modular projects predominantly within the education sector.

They''re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.

• Manage multiple fit out, refurbishment and modular projects.

• Oversee programmes, budgets, subcontractors and site delivery.

• Manage client relationships and project meetings.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to a high standard.

• Coordinate works through to completion, snagging and handover.

• Projects are predominantly across the South of England.

• Experience as a Project Manager within construction, fit out or refurbishment.

• Strong project planning, organisational and communication skills.

• Comfortable managing subcontractors, programmes and budgets.

• Education-sector experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Experience with modular construction would also be beneficial.
