This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a major scheme from inception through to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to handover Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, consultants, and stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and budgets Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates Oversee procurement, contract administration, and cost control Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale projects (ideally -20M+ value) Strong leadership and communication skills Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Experience in construction / infrastructure / commercial development (tailor as needed) What We Offer ...
