Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile -30 million project in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a major scheme from inception through to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to handover
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and budgets
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and cost control

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects (ideally -20M+ value)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Experience in construction / infrastructure / commercial development (tailor as needed)
