We're looking for an experienced PM to take full ownership of a school refurbishment and fit-out scheme from pre-con through to handover. The role: Full project ownership — programme, budget, quality and safety Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams Client-facing throughout — meetings, progress updates, reporting Coordinating with consultants and design teams Ensuring CDM and H&S compliance throughout What we're looking for: Proven PM background in construction fit-out Occupied-building or education sector experience preferred Confident managing the full project lifecycle independently SMSTS essential Full UK driving licence required Enhanced DBS required
