Project Manager — School Refurbishment & Fit-Out

Established main contractor, confidential client. We're looking for an experienced PM to take full ownership of a school refurbishment and fit-out scheme from pre-con through to handover.

The role:

• Full project ownership — programme, budget, quality and safety
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Client-facing throughout — meetings, progress updates, reporting
• Coordinating with consultants and design teams
• Ensuring CDM and H&S compliance throughout

What we're looking for:

• Proven PM background in construction fit-out
• Occupied-building or education sector experience preferred
• Confident managing the full project lifecycle independently
• SMSTS essential
• Full UK driving licence required
• Enhanced DBS required
