Joining on an 18-month fixed term contract, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the build and move, including facility readiness, equipment relocation, production continuity, budget control and risk management. The Role Develop and manage the overall factory relocation strategy, project plan and timeline. Coordinate all activities associated with the factory move from planning through post-move stabilisation. Manage the relocation of manufacturing equipment, tooling and support infrastructure. Coordinate equipment decommissioning, transportation, installation and commissioning. Oversee utility requirements, production layouts and facility modifications. Develop and implement strategies to minimise production downtime during the move.
