With a strong pipeline of work and further growth planned, the business is continuing to strengthen its project delivery team with experienced people who can take ownership of technically challenging schemes. We''re looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major high rise fa-ade remediation and recladding project. The main focus will be external envelope works, managing specialist subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and technical coordination through to completion. Alongside strong fa-ade experience, some exposure to internal refurbishment would be useful. Longer term, the business wants someone who can broaden their experience across different types of residential construction projects and build a career with the wider group beyond this scheme.
