We''re looking to employ a motivated enthusiastic Project Manager to join our small but fast paced Facades team. About the Role: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, co-ordination, and execution of fa ade projects, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Managing client expectations and leading a multi-disciplinary team through the design phase to the site installation. Carrying out site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in fa ade systems and a commitment to maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities: Oversee and full responsibilities of all projects of wide-ranging values and scales.Coordinate and lead design of cladding systems to ensure compliance, structural integrity and build ability,Ensuring and encouraging effective communications within Firecrest Construction management and site teams.Liaise with all stake holders to form positive relationships and clear lines of communication.The ability to uphold site standards and give guidance and support as required.Mentor site teams to share knowledge and build competency.Prepare all site documentation and quality plans.Work with Viewpoint four projects to store and share all information and drawing updates.Preparing and report programme positions using Microsoft Project to senior team.Ensure all site records are completed and recorded on ..... full job details .....
