Your new company Our client is a well-established NI-based specialist contractor with nearly 30 years'' experience delivering complex building envelope solutions across the commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors. The business provides a complete end-to-end façade service, covering pre-construction, design coordination, engineering, off-site fabrication, installation and project handover.The company has developed a strong reputation for façade remediation, retrofit and fire safety projects, alongside the delivery of both unitised and traditional stick-built façade systems. Its portfolio includes large-scale schemes throughout the UK, including high-rise developments. With impressive project delivery across a variety of sectors and a busy orderbook, this firm now requires a Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day externals of an ongoing commercial project in Belfast.Your new role As Project Manager, you must have experience of overseeing external works on major commercial projects. You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health and safety. In order to carry out this role effectively, it is expected you will have excellent technical experience, be able to liaise with clients and main contractors and be able to effectively track progress against project deadlines.
