Project Manager - Fa ade RemediationLuton 80,000 - 90,000 + Package Our client is an established construction group delivering complex residential projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of work and further growth planned, the business is continuing to strengthen its project delivery team with experienced people who can take ownership of technically challenging schemes. We''re looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major high rise fa ade remediation and recladding project. The main focus will be external envelope works, managing specialist subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and technical coordination through to completion. Alongside strong fa ade experience, some exposure to internal refurbishment would be useful. Longer term, the business wants someone who can broaden their experience across different types of residential construction projects and build a career with the wider group beyond this scheme. Key Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for day to day project delivery, programme, quality and safetyLead fa ade remediation and recladding works, coordinating specialist subcontractors, consultants and site teamsManage sequencing, logistics, access and interfaces across a complex high rise residential projectWork closely with Design, Commercial and Technical teams to resolve issues and keep delivery movingMaintain high standards of quality assurance, inspections, record keeping and complianceManage client and stakeholder ..... full job details .....
