Lead the Delivery of Complex Estates and Construction ProjectsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates Project Manager to join a leading defence and technology organisation delivering critical infrastructure, refurbishment and construction projects across the UK.This role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of estates projects, ranging from building maintenance and refurbishment works through to technically complex facilities upgrades and new-build developments. Working alongside technical specialists, consultants and stakeholders, you will oversee projects through the entire lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards. The RoleAs Estates Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple construction and facilities-related projects from inception through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning, approvals and procurement through to delivery and handoverLeading project teams and ensuring effective coordination between internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractorsCreating and maintaining project programmes, budgets and cost plansDriving a strong health and safety culture across all projectsManaging external consultants and specialist contractorsOverseeing project documentation, governance and change control processesMonitoring project risks, progress and performance, providing regular reporting ..... full job details .....
