Project Manager (ERP/ESR/HR Modules) Role: Permanent Salary: up to £60,000 Location: London (Hybrid - occasional onsite presence in Waterloo/Victoria) About the role Exalto Consulting is supporting a large, complex organisation undergoing a significant period of operational change. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across HR and ERP-related workstreams, with a particular focus on Day-1 readiness. This role will suit someone who is comfortable working in structured, highly accountable environments where continuity of critical services and people processes matters. The role You will take ownership of planning and coordinating the readiness of HR systems and processes, ensuring that key services are stable, aligned and ready to operate from Day-1. Working across HR, Payroll, IT and programme teams, you will act as a central point of coordination - bringing clarity to plans, managing dependencies and keeping delivery on track in a fast-moving environment. This is a role focused on outcomes: ensuring that essential services are ready, risks are understood, and teams are aligned at the point they need to be.
