Project Manager£60,000 - £70,000 + Hybrid Working + Private Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Company BenefitsDartford / London and Home Counties Are you a Project Manager with a strong mechanical HVAC background, looking for a role where you can manage projects from initial enquiry and pricing through to completion? On offer is the opportunity to take ownership of a range of commercial MandE projects, managing the full project lifecycle including surveys, pricing, procurement, delivery, financial management and handover. You will be responsible for managing projects including plant room and boiler room replacements, chiller replacements, VRV/VRF systems and AHU replacement or refurbishment. You will also be expected to understand the technical requirements of mechanical services installations and be confident pricing works, including materials, labour and pipework. This role would suit a commercially aware Mechanical Project Manager who has hands-on knowledge of mechanical building services and has previously managed projects, engineers and project finances through to successful completion.
