On offer is the opportunity to take ownership of a range of commercial M&E projects, managing the full project lifecycle including surveys, pricing, procurement, delivery, financial management and handover. You will be responsible for managing projects including plant room and boiler room replacements, chiller replacements, VRV/VRF systems and AHU replacement or refurbishment. You will also be expected to understand the technical requirements of mechanical services installations and be confident pricing works, including materials, labour and pipework.
