They are seeking a successful Project Manager to liaise with stakeholders and all site staff to get their multi-million pound projects delivered safely, on time and in budget.Role and Responsibilities of the Project Manager:Coordinating site teams to ensure the timely, safe and profitable delivery of window and door projectsAttend pre-start meetings and liaise closely with clients the entire way through the processTaking contracts from pre-site through to successful hand-overValuationsWork closely with the manufacturing department to coordinate the delivery of products and materialsEnsuring that sites are resourced correctly including the use of sub-contract labour and liaising regularly with clients on progress.About You as the Project Manager:Proven experience as a Project Manager from a fenestration background is essentialExperience dealing with multi-million pound projects and control multiple sites simultaneouslyBackground with uPVC and AluminiumSMSTS and CSCS Card ..... full job details .....
