Project Manager - Enabling Works

This contractor has had a successful few months securing some brilliant schemes. They have multiple projects starting from Autumn onwards, hence the need to strengthen their project management team.

They take on complex schemes across the capital, so you'll need to have a solid track record working on central London cut & carve/enabling projects up to £20m in value.

Desired skills/experience:

1. Excellent client liaison skills, solid ability to build rapport and work closely with developers/consultants
2. Experience with complex London zone 1 projects - logistically challenging sites, temporary works, party wall agreements, façade retention etc.
3. Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
4. Background can be specialist demolition contractors or civil engineering/cut & carve
